Graded Products

Item condition unless specifically stated otherwise, all products are graded products. This clarification includes a range of products such as:

• Products that have been on display for demonstration purposes at high street retailers
• Products that have been returned by mail order /Internet under their “no quibble” 14 or 28 day guarantee.
• Products that have been fully reconditioned
• Factory Seconds. These products are not used but may have been taken out of the original box.
• The item may have cosmetic marks on them, which means they do not pass the manufactures quality control and cannot be sold as a perfect new item.

All these products have been thoroughly tested by qualified engineers, and re-packaged to a high level of quality. As a result some packaging may be slightly distressed, but rest assured the product is fully working and is backed by a no quibble 3 months warranty. In some cases products may show very minor signs of residue but this is only because the items have been tested to make sure they are in perfect working order. The item may have cosmetic marks on them, which means they do not pass the manufactures quality control and cannot be sold as a perfect new item. They are then classed as a graded item.

Your Rights to Cancel

Choicebrand has a fair returns policy.

If the received product is not the item you ordered or is not in perfect order within the first seven days, then you can return it for a replacement or a refund.”ory rights are not affected by any statements on this web site.

Please also note that when the courier delivers the product & you sign for it you are confirming that the package was received in good order.  

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods.
A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand or post, fax or email, at the address shown on our web-site giving details of the goods ordered and their delivery.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost in the original packaging and in an unused condition.

The goods must be returned to the company address at Wykes House, Buckingham Street, Birmingham West Midlands B19 3HS.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. If you do not return the goods in the manner required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

Warranty

All items sold by www.Choicebrand.co.uk come with a 3 months Warranty, this means in the first 7 days of purchase we have a no quibble replace or refund, but after the first 7 days it would be a repair or replacement. Please contact our customer service team at sales@choicebrand.co.uk and they will advise you further. Your statutory rights are not affected by any statements on this web site.

All e-mails will be answered within 3 working days unless it is the holiday period. If you would prefer you could contact us via telephone however we often use an answering machine at busy times to allow us more time to improve the efficiency of our delivery service.

Delivery

ChoiceBrand.co.uk use various companies for delivery of your item. Please allow 10 working days for delivery of items unless otherwise stated on the front page of the Choicebrand web site. 

Making a Contract When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods .We will send you an e mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.
