Graded Products

Item condition unless specifically stated otherwise, all products are graded products. This clarification includes a range of products such as:

• Products that have been on display for demonstration purposes at high street retailers
• Products that have been returned by mail order /Internet under their “no quibble” 14 or 28 day guarantee.
• Products that have been fully reconditioned
• Factory Seconds. These products are not used but may have been taken out of the original box.
• The item may have cosmetic marks on them, which means they do not pass the manufactures quality control and cannot be sold as a perfect new item.

All these products have been thoroughly tested by qualified engineers, and re-packaged to a high level of quality. As a result some packaging may be slightly distressed, but rest assured the product is fully working and is backed by a no quibble 6 month warranty. In some cases products may show very minor signs of residue but this is only because the items have been tested to make sure they are in perfect working order. The item may have cosmetic marks on them, which means they do not pass the manufactures quality control and cannot be sold as a perfect new item. They are then classed as a graded item.

Your Rights to Cancel

A charge of £5.95 is applicable to all cancelled orders prior to shipping.You can cancel your contract at anytime up to seven working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please contact us by e-mail to returns@choicebrand.co.uk or send a letter to our Customer Services address above. To cancel within this period you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods were defective or misdescribed. Please ensure that you include all the packaging with the goods. If you cancel within this period we will refund the full cost of the item within 30 days. You do not have to give us any reason for the cancellation however a brief explanation will help improve the service we offer customers in the future.

Warranty

All items sold by www.Choicebrand.co.uk come with a no quibble 6 month Warranty. Should you find any item that is faulty or misdescribed within a 6 month period, please contact us via returns@choicebrand.co.uk or at our Customer Services address .We would require you to return the item to us at Customer Services address and we will issue a full refund or exchange the item for a product of similar value. Our Warranty will not affect your legal rights in any way.

We are an Internet company and would be grateful if you could contact our Customer Services via e-mail at either info@choicebrand.co.uk or returns@choicebrand.co.uk. All e-mails will be answered within 3 working days unless it is the holiday period. If you would prefer you could contact us via telephone however we often use an answering machine at busy times to allow us more time to improve the efficiency of our delivery service.

Delivery

ChoiceBrand.co.uk use various companies for delivery of your item. Please allow 5 working days for delivery of items unless otherwise stated on the front page of the Choicebrand web site. 

Making a Contract When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods .We will send you an e mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and a contract has been made between us.
