Genuine faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods so we can arrange to have it collected, we will not refund postage if sent back. We will not refund postage if the item is found to be in working order. Please be aware that all of the items we sell are graded items.

• Factory Seconds These products are not used but may have been taken out of the original box.
• Products that have been fully reconditioned.
• Products that have been returned by mail order/internet under their “no quibble“ 14 or 28 day guarantee.
