For Genuine faulty goods we will require you to call or email to obtain correct returns address. On receiving your faulty item an evaluation will be done to establish if an economical repair can be performed. If we are unable to carry out an economical repair a replacement will be sent out. Should the item be out of stock a refund will be processed for the item. We may also offer an exchange item of similar value. Our Warranty will not affect your legal rights in any way. PLEASE INCLUDE YOU ADDRESS AND ORDER DETAILS IN YOUR RETURN PRODUCT.
We will not refund postage. Please be aware that all of the items we sell are graded items.
This clarification includes a range of products such as:
- Products that have been on display for demonstration purposes at high street retailers
- Factory Seconds These products are not used but may have been taken out of the original box.
- Products that have been fully reconditioned.
- Products that have been returned by mail order/internet under their “no quibble“ 14 or 28 day guarantee.
- The item may have cosmetic marks on them, which means they do not pass the manufactures quality control and cannot be sold as a perfect new item.
