For Genuine faulty goods we will require you to call or email to obtain correct returns address. On receiving your faulty item an evaluation will be done to establish if an economical repair can be performed. If we are unable to carry out an economical repair a replacement will be sent out. Should the item be out of stock a refund will be processed for the item. We may also offer an exchange item of similar value. Our Warranty will not affect your legal rights in any way.
