Are the products Choicebrand sell new?

The majority of the products Choicebrand sells are factory reconditioned, end of line or simply a product which has been returned with in the 14 day money back guarantee. The items which are new will be clearly marked as new. Please check our terms.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Choicebrand will despatch all orders on a 48hr service. Weekends and bank holidays are not included. In our terms and conditions we do state “please allow up to ten working days for delivery” this is to allow for unseen circumstances and international orders.

How long is the guarantee?

Choicebrand will guarantee the products for three months unless stated otherwise. The guarantee will start from the date of purchase and your invoice will be proof of this date. All invoices can be printed from the site.

How can I pay for my purchase?

Can I return my item if I don’t want it?

Choicebrand has a fair returns policy.

If the received product is not the item you ordered or is not in perfect order within the first seven days, then you can return it for a replacement or a refund.”ory rights are not affected by any statements on this web site.

Please also note that when the courier delivers the product & you sign for it you are confirming that the package was received in good order.  

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods.
A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand or post, fax or email, at the address shown on our web-site giving details of the goods ordered and their delivery.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost in the original packaging and in an unused condition.

The goods must be returned to the company address at Wykes House, Buckingham Street, Birmingham West Midlands B19 3HS.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. If you do not return the goods in the manner required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

Can you send me an instruction book?

Most instruction books will be included with the item. Should your item come without an instruction book you are able to download this from most of the manufactures web sites or we can send you a copy.

My item is faulty what can I do?

In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within the first 3 months following purchase your product can be returned for repair in line with its warranty.
Before you return your faulty item you will need to contact us by email, at sales@choicebrand.co.uk and we will give you a returns authorisation code.  Goods returned without this authorisation code will not be valid as it is essential that we have all the relevant data relating to the faulty item.

When we receive the goods we will check it to verify the fault.  Once the fault has been verified we will repair it free of charge and return it to you in full working order.

However if there is nothing wrong with the returned item then we would advise you that you may incur return carriage charges.

Will I receive a discount on more than one item?

The delivery on more than one item will be discounted. The costs of the items will be discounted during promotions.
